Our Air Duct Service Technicians are trained professionals who will strive to get your air ducts clean and healthy again. For the elimination of microorganisms included in bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi, and algae growth, we use non-scented, non-masking EnviroCON. This product is a deodorizer, bacteriostat, and fungistat that will eliminate the source of odors through a chlorine dioxide release-process that destroys organisms at the origin. This product has a low toxicity and high safety rating from the EPA. It does not contain environmentally-damaging propellants or flammable ingredients. Therefore, it is safe to be used in homes.

Building Solutions uses the aiR+XP Air Duct Cleaning Machine from Rotobrush International that is specifically designed to increase job-site efficiency and still gives the flexibility to clean almost every type of duct work safely and efficiently. Our equipment also contains a video camera and display screen that allows the customer to get an “inside-the-duct” view of the progress that is being made as the technicians clean the ducts.
